The service address and phone number should match what is found on the customer's local telephone service bill.   You may get invalid service availability results and the DSL installation be delayed or rejected if this information is incorrect.   ADSL line-shared services will share the telephone line used by the phone number entered above. This line must be a normal analog telephone line (e.g., POTS line) provided by the Incumbent Local Telephone Company (AT&T, Verizon, etc). Third-party/CLEC/reseller lines cannot be used with this service. If you receive invalid or unrecognized address or phone number errors, please verify the information is the same as that found on the customer's telephone bill.   Also, the U.S. Post Office ( http://usps.com) or the AT&T AnyWho Directory (http://www.att.com/directory) web sites may help to determine the correct address. If you need additional coverage, Network Aggregation services are available which provide Extended Broadband Access with Telecom Management services to large opportunities of 100 DSL sites or more.
